Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

This promotion is intended for legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and shall be construed and evaluated under U.S. law.

Sponsor

The LUSA Lighting $2K Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by LUSA Lighting, 1118 East 223rd Street, Carson, CA 90745 (the “Sponsor”). All questions or concerns regarding the Promotion should be directed to contact@lusalighting.com.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18)years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of LUSA Lighting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to participate or win.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 9, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their email address via the contest entry form located on LUSA Lighting’s official website (www.lusalighting.com) during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.
Multiple entries from the same person, email account, or household will be disqualified.
No purchase or payment is required to participate.

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive two thousand dollars ($2,000) in LUSA Lighting store credit (the “Prize”). The store credit is redeemable exclusively through LUSA Lighting’s e‑commerce site (www.lusalighting.com) and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred. Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,000.

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Store credit must be used within one (1) year of issuance, unless otherwise indicated by Sponsor.

Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing will be conducted by a LUSA Lighting team member on November 9, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email on or about November 10, 2025. Winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the stated time period, or fails to provide required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless LUSA Lighting, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries or for technical failures of any kind.

Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy

By entering, participants agree to LUSA Lighting’s Privacy Policy available on www.lusalighting.com.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and will not be sold or shared without consent.

Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result in disqualification and legal action.
